My name is Josh. When I first started my business, I had absolutely no idea how to get people to pay me.
I was sending cold emails that went nowhere and making cold calls I dreaded. Nobody knew who I was, and I didn't know how to give them a reason to choose me.
I used to do press-ups before cold calls just to work up the courage to pick up the phone. Seriously.
Things changed when I figured out how to position myself in my market and automate my client acquisition.
My calendar was filling with 15 sales appointments a week.
Within 45 days, I signed four clients on $2,500 monthly retainers. That was $10,000 a month, with setup fees on top.
